Caswell Brown Village - Port Townsend, WA | Hybrid shelter and supportive housing campus integrating multiple residential typologies under a single roof. 


 Delivered projects totaling $70M+ in construction value, including 244+ housing units across affordable supportive and mixed-use development. Led full lifecycle delivery of affordable housing and community-based projects, guiding teams from concept through construction while aligning design intent with funding, regulatory , and cost constraints.

 Directed the design development of 620+ housing units, comprising $180M+ community, student, and workforce housing. Led cross-functional teams and oversaw budgets, schedules, and stakeholder alignment from concept through construction.  Contributed to sustainable and equitable development strategies across diverse communities.

My work with Mithun focused on working through complex permitting challenges to deliver projects on time and on budget for owners.  I was fortunate to work across a range of project types and market sectors including market rate mixed-use, workforce housing, affordable housing, and office interiors. I managed large-scale urban development and housing across nonprofit, institutional and corporate clients.

Compass Construction 

Project Engineer | 2011 – 2013 


 Supported construction delivery of ~150 units of workforce housing/multifamily residential projects from groundbreaking through closeout coordinating with design professionals and trades people.  


 My work in the field as a construction project engineer gave me first hand experience in project delivery and execution and served to demystify construction cost estimating, site logistical processes, and subcontractor coordination.

 I spent 16-years working closely under the supervision of local urban design and transportation visionary, David Hewitt.  David emphasized always the profound social and civic responsibility of the architect.  Through his tireless commitment to community, David taught that  "It's never to late for a better idea."
